An Analytical Model for Dual Gate Piezoelectrically Sensitive ZnO Thin Film Transistors

Abstract: Highly sensitive force sensors of piezoelectric zinc oxide (ZnO) dual‐gate thin film transistors (TFTs) are reported together with an analytical model that elucidates the physical origins of their response.
