An Analytical Model on Remanence Enhancement in Nanosized Permanent/Composite Magnets

Abstract: Remanence enhancement has been calculated for a range of configurations, including 1D (onedimensional), 2D and 3D arrays of hard magnetic grains, composites of hard and soft magnetic grains and triple-films. A linear relationship between the remanence Mr and the reduced domain wall width W/L has been derived analytically, which is consistent with available experimental and numerical data.
