Abstract:Reconstructive valve-sparing procedures on the aortic valve are one of the most dynamically developing directions in the cardiac surgery. Today cardiac surgeons all over the world prefer the aortic valve sparingoperation using autologous tissues instead biological and mechanical prosthetics.
