An approach for identifying and locating pavement sections subject to high dynamic wheel loads

Abstract: A study was conducted to assess the effectiveness of the International Roughness Index (IRI) and Heavy Articulated Truck Index (HATI) to identify pavement sections subject to high dynamic wheel loads (DWL).
