An Atypical Presentation of Hemosuccus Pancreaticus Manifesting as Hematochezia

Abstract: Hemosuccus pancreaticus is a rare cause of upper gastrointestinal bleeding that is often associated with chronic pancreatitis. The bleeding usually manifests as melena because the source originates superior to the ligament of Treitz.
