Abstract: Objectives Minimal residual disease (MRD) status in multiple myeloma (MM) is an important prognostic biomarker. Personalized blood-based targeted mass spectrometry detecting M-proteins (MS-MRD) was shown to provide a sensitive and minimally invasive alternative to MRD-assessment in bone marrow.
