An Effective Approach for the Multiobjective Regional Low-Carbon Location-Routing Problem

Abstract: In this paper, we consider a variant of the location-routing problem (LRP), namely the the multiobjective regional low-carbon LRP (MORLCLRP). The MORLCLRP seeks to minimize service duration, client waiting time, and total costs, which includes carbon emission costs and total depot, vehicle, and travelling costs with respect to fuel consumption, and considers three practical constraints: simultaneous pickup and delivery, heterogeneous fleet, and hard time windows. We formulated a multiobjective mixed integer pr… Show more

“…Higherperformance HLH strategy will be designed to improve solution quality and stability of the currently proposed MOHH. Moreover, we will focus on the alternative frameworks of MOHH like [31,32] and the framework that has a digital twin to repatriate at runtime [33]. In addition, consideration of other carbon emission models will become one of the focuses in the next work.…”

“…However, services also should be rejected when it arrived out of the outer time window [35]. Leng et al applied a multi-objective hyper-heuristic approach (MOHH) to obtain Pareto-optimal solutions of a multi-objective regional low-carbon location routing problem (MORLCLRP) with three practical constraints: simultaneous pickup and delivery, heterogeneous fleet, and hard time windows [36]. Du et al investigated a real-time vehicle-dispatching system with mixed time window for consolidating milk runs [35].…”

“…worst, the reason is that the estimation of FCCE depends on plentiful parameters which may change over traveling time. For a comprehensive view of the models and factors, the reader is referred to the surveys [21] and papers [20,[28][29][30][31].…”
