Abstract:The number of discrete time points in numerical integration is significant to the runtime cost of a simulation. It depends on the integration step sizes and convergence of Newton-Raphson (NR) iterations. This paper presents the techniques in reducing the number of time points for VLSI simulations. n NR; 0-7803-2624-5/95/$4.00 @ 1995 IEEE

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
