Many industries, including healthcare, banking, the auto industry, education, and retail, have already undergone significant changes because of artificial intelligence (AI). Business-to-Customer (B2C) e-commerce has considerably increased the use of AI in recent years. The purpose of this research is to examine the significance and impact of AI in the realm of fashion e-commerce. To that end, a systematic review of the literature is carried out, in which data from the Web Of Science and Scopus databases were used to analyze 219 publications on the subject. The articles were first categorized using AI techniques. In the realm of fashion e-commerce, they were divided into two categories. These categorizations allowed for the identification of research gaps in the use of AI. These gaps offer potential and possibilities for further research.

At present, in the era of digitization the organizations need Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to have the ability adapt to changes with rapid response in order to increase the competitive advantage. The fact, many companies have failed to implement ERP which is proven to be not go live on time, so that the implementation value is to be very expensive. For this reason, it is important to consider other methods that can reduce failures in implementing ERP that are reviewed from the perspective of readiness assessment. Based on previous research, there are some challenging on the ERP readiness assessment. We also found that some areas on the ERP readiness that still not explore more serious such as ERP and agile method. Therefore, based on the challenging and open are on the ERP readiness, we will explore more development the framework of ERP readiness assessment using agile parameters to help the industry. The purpose of this research is to identify gaps and propose improvements which are the weaknesses in order to improve performance of the organization. The result of this research is developing the framework using an agile parameter for determination of the ERP readiness assessment with a case study in the textile industry in Indonesia. Hopefully, this research has contribution as a measurement tool for assessing the organizational readiness in order to increase agility in the industry. This research methodology uses the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods using the NVivo software as a result of FGD data processing and using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity (TOPSIS) for validation and verification tests.

Tensile stress combined with exposure to a corrosive environment result in a cracking process known as stress corrosion cracking (SCC). It falls in the threshold of the material's fatigue limit and dry cracking. Tensile stress can be applied directly or exist as residual stress within the material. SCC results from specific combinations of composition, environment, and stress. Processes like cold forming, welding, heat treating, machining, and grinding introduce residual stresses. Stress erosion cracking (SCC) occurs when cracks form under static tensile stress and the environment around us . It develops by the result of the interaction between mechanical stress and corrosion/oxidation reactions. The occurrence and progression of SCC depend on the materials, applied loads, and environmental conditions. Some Contributing Factors to SCC In summary, two main features of SCC are emphasized: localization and acceleration of oxidative reactions.
