An efficient method to make human monoclonal antibodies from memory B cells: potent neutralization of SARS coronavirus

Abstract: Passive serotherapy can confer immediate protection against microbial infection, but methods to rapidly generate human neutralizing monoclonal antibodies are not yet available.
