Abstract: An excellent Mn4+-activated GdGeSbO6:0.3%Mn4+ red phosphor was synthesized. A warm WLED and a full-spectrum WLED with commendable luminescence performance were fabricated using the GdGeSbO6:0.3%Mn4+ phosphor.
