An Efficient Ultrasound-assisted Method for the Synthesis of 1,4-Disubstituted Triazoles

Abstract: An efficient method for the synthesis of 1,4-disubstituted triazoles has been developed with the help of ultrasound irradiation in water at room temperature. Under the optimized conditions, a novel series of 1,4-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazoles was synthesized in high yields.
