Abstract:Electrostatic discharge (ESD) free bootstrapped BiCMOS inverter circuit is proposed. The proposed driver circuit uses the bootstrapped technique; the transistor base voltage is higher than the supply voltage. The input of circuit is arranged to protect the electrostatic discharge problem, and the output waveform is able to have full swing. The proposed circuit consumes low power with small delay time. The transistors in the circuit operate with high performance and efficiency.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
