An Encoding Drive Approach to Reduce Signal Jitter of Interconnection Lines between NoC Routers

Abstract: Bandwidth between NoC routers is limited by large signal jitter of long adjacent interconnection lines. In this paper, based on interconnection payload model, according to varied signals, five cases of control signals are generated by encoding module to adjust the drive strength implemented by tri-state drive module.
