An Enhanced Lightning Attachment Procedure Optimization with Quasi-Opposition-Based Learning and Dimensional Search Strategies

Abstract: Lightning attachment procedure optimization (LAPO) is a new global optimization algorithm inspired by the attachment procedure of lightning in nature.
