Abstract:Compared with new products, consumers put forward higher requirements on remanufactured products. Aimed at effectively transforming customer requirements (CRs) to technical characteristics (TCs) of remanufactured product design, an entropy-based fuzzy quality function deployment (QFD) model is proposed.
