An ethynyl-modified interpenetrated metal–organic framework for highly efficient selective gas adsorption

Abstract: Compound 1 has been constructed by using expanded ethynyl-modified tetracarboxylates ligands and Cu2(CO2)4 paddle-wheel building units, and exhibits excellent adsorption and separation behavior for light hydrocarbons.
