An evaluation criterion for open source software projects: enhancement process effectiveness

Abstract: He holds a MSc in IT engineering. He has served in a number of national information systems projects. His main research interests include the success of open source software projects, IT human resource management, e-government planning and implementation, multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) and business process reengineering (BPR). He has published in several prestigious information systems journals such as Journal of Systems and Software and International Journal of Information Management.
