An Exergame Solution for Personalized Multicomponent Training in Older Adults

Abstract: In addition to contributing to increased training motivation, exergames are a promising approach to counteract age-related impairments. Mobility limitations, cognitive impairment, and urinary incontinence are very common in older adults.
