An Exploratory Study of the Factors Affecting Labor-Management Relations in the Context of Employee Satisfaction within Garments Industry of Bangladesh

Abstract: The study examined the factors that affected Labor-Management Relations in the context of employees’ satisfaction in Garments Industry of Bangladesh.
