An H.264/AVC Based Distributed Video Coding Paradigm with Mode Decision at Decoder

Abstract: Distributed Video Coding (DVC) moves the encoder of traditional video coding computational complexity to decoder, while the heavy computational complexity of the mode decision (MD) algorithm in H.264/AVC video coding became the transfer goal.
