An image cascaded two‐port model for single‐particle quantum propagation in crystals

Abstract: Since the advent of semiconductors, Quantum Mechanics has entered the field of Engineering. Classical Circuit Theory, in its most advanced form, allows the construction of equivalent circuits for quantum processes.
