This article discusses Big Data's use as a surveillance tool for the spread of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), both in Indonesia and the world. In Indonesia, the range of COVID-19 is increasingly sporadic, causing mass panic and Indonesia's geographical characteristics, which will be difficult when this spread could not control quickly. Researchers are conducting several studies to overcome this pandemic, including supervision, features, handling, mobility, patient interaction, treatment evaluation, and the biological structure. These studies become data and lead to Big Data. This article explores how to use Big Data analysis to monitor the spread of COVID-19 as a communication process that reflects mediated communication as a form of mobility and spatial relationships in communication practices. The method used in this article is a literature review and uses meta-synthesis techniques as its analysis. The literature sources used are articles in highly reputable international journals. Based on the reports, various ways to monitor the virus's spread, through public video data, GPS, and social media tracking, trace the patient's movement. Big Data can also provide data collaboration for viruses and pathogens for further research as digital mediated communication is anchored by the diversity of places and the mobility of people, data, and objects.

Hewan air tawar seperti ikan lele yang merupakan ikan air tawar yang menjadi banyak dikonsumsi manusia. Penyakit yang ada pada ikan lele dapat menyerang ikan lele dan menghambat proses pembudidayaan. Penyakit pada ikan lele biasa nya mungkin terjadi pada kolam yang minim perawatan, tetapi tidak berarti kalau kolam yang sudah bersih dan dirawat akan terlepas dari hama dan penyakit. Jika ikan lele yang terkena penyakit terhitung dalam jumlah yang banyak, maka peternak dapat mengalami kerugian. Untuk membantu peternak dalam mendiagnosis penyakit ikan lele dibutuhkan suatu sistem yang dapat mendiagnosis penyakit ikan lele. Sistem pakar dengan metode forward chaining ini dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MYSQL Sistem pakar ini digunakan untuk membantu dan memudahkan peternak mendiagnosis penyakit ikan lele dengan melihat gejala yang dialami.

Abstrak: Location-Based Service (LBS) merupakan layanan informasi yang dapat diakses menggunakan perangkat mobile, dilengkapi dengan kemampuan untuk mengetahui keberadaan lokasi usaha kecil menengah dan kebutuhan lainya melalui teknologi Global Positioning System (GPS). Bagi pelaku bisnis, Indonesia merupakan target dunia untuk mendapatkan konsumen melalui internet. Hal ini berpengaruh pada pelaku usaha lokal atau usaha mikro kecil dan menengah yang merupakan sumber utama dalam meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat secara nasional. Pencarian informasi lokasi usaha dan produk di Kota Bengkalis masih dilakukan secara konvensional seperti melalui toko, supermarket atau kerabat. Beberapa pelaku usaha juga sudah menggunakan media online seperti facebook, whatapps, dan media sosial lainnya. Namun, cara tersebut belum memberikan dampak yang optimal pada peningkatan pendapatan usaha. Untuk itu, perlu dirancang aplikasi untuk pencarian lokasi usaha dengan menggunakan teknologi Location-Based Service (LBS) berbasis mobile untuk pelaku usaha menggunakan Ionic Framework. Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi mobile (crossplatform) yang dapat membantu pengguna dalam proses pencarian lokasi usaha dalam bentuk informasi peta, mengetahui jarak tempuh, melihat iklan produk dan dapat melakukan transaksi. Selain itu, teknologi LBS mampu memberikan solusi bagi pelaku usaha untuk memperkenalkan usaha dan produk kepada pengguna. Kata kunci: Location based service, pencarian lokasi usaha, UKM, ionic framework.Abstract: Location-based services (LBS) is an information service that can be accessed by using mobile devices. It is equipped with the ability to find out the location of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and others through Global Positioning System (GPS) technology. Indonesia is the world's main target to get consumers through the internet. This will impact on SMEs as the main source for improving the economy of the national society. In Bengkalis City, the location of SMEs and products are still searched conventional method through the store, supermarket or face to face. There are some businessman and businesswomen who already used online media such as Facebook, whatsapp, and others to promote their product. However, it has not given them an optimum impact to increase their income. More over, visitors had some difficulties in searching the location of SMEs. The goal of this research is to create an application for searching the location of SMEs through the LBS technology based on mobile and IONIC Framework. The application can provide some information for the visitors such as the maps, the distance, the estimation of traveling time and the advertisement of SMEs.
