An object missed 10 years before

Abstract: DESCRIPTIONA 36-year-old woman, gravida 3 para 1, with a first trimester abortion and a vaginal delivery, presented with a 5-month history of pelvic pain and occasional fever. The abortion had been performed 10 years prior to this episode, outside medical facilities. The patient had irregular menses, and reported dysmenorrhoea and pelvic pain that started simultaneously.
