As a useful technology, virtual reality is used in the product development process of manufacturing companies to achieve information integration and rapid decisionmaking through visualization and experience.Data visualization is now benefiting from technological developments that offer innovative ways to present complex data. This technology may have significant applications in complex information domain exchanges similar to the global enterprise manufacturing process control environments. This paper reviews the disclosure capabilities, methods, and applications presented in the literature, maps them to the creation of sequential disclosure requirements, and identifies available approaches and potential development opportunities. .
