Abstract:INTRODUCTION: Lipomas are the most common lipomatous tumor, accounting for nearly one-half of all benign lesions. Endobronchial lipoma is a very rare benign tumor. The most frequent clinical presentation is shortness of breath caused by airway obstruction.
