An Unusual Entity: Giant Cell Tumour of Soft Tissue in the Nasal Cavity

Abstract: Giant cell tumour of soft tissue (GCT-ST) are rare soft tissue tumours, with the first case reported in the 1970s. Involvement of the head and neck region, particularly in the nasal cavity is extremely uncommon. GCT-ST are considered the bone counterpart given the striking histological and immunohistochemical resemblance. Despite that, GCT-ST and GCT of bones are genetically distinct.
