Abstract: Antiphospholipid Syndrome (APS), characterized by hypercoagulability and pregnancy morbidity, poses a significant clinical challenge when involving organ systems, such as the endocrine system. APS can directly and indirectly influence the anterior and posterior lobes of the pituitary gland.
