Abstract: Background Systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis (sJIA) is a serious disease with significant morbimortality. Management of sJIA has improved dramatically over the last decade, especially with IL-1 receptor antagonists (IL-1Ra), but treatment remains heterogeneous.
