Abstract

This work has the obcjetive to locate the points of no passing lanes on a roael, trying to know anel evaluate in a practical anel accurate way the places of horizontal signalization, analyzing a modem methoel baseei in collecteel information from the artificial satellites of the Global Positioning System-GPS, anel classic methods of surveying. A review ofthe main concepts related to the longitudinal proftle, ofthe sight distance in vertical turns, and to the methods used to surveying the graphic results permitted the evolution of profiles and marking, obtaining a satisfactory result in the evolution ofthe moelern method.
