Abstract:Water resource management in ungauged catchments is complex due to uncertainties around the hydrological parameters that characterize streamflow behaviour. These parameters are usually defined by regionalization approaches, in which the hydrological response patterns of ungauged basins are inferred from those of gauged basins. Regression‐based methods using physical properties derived from cartographic data sources are widely used. The current remote sensing techniques offer new opportunities for the regionali… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
