Analysis and Approach for Key Technique Based on THz Wireless Transmission

Abstract

Abstract. With the wireless technology rapid development, the demand for spectral resource becomes larger. The wireless frequency steps toward higher terahertz band which has become one hot point in the research field. This paper firstly analyzes and compares the specialties of THz frequency band with other band; Secondly researches the necessary conditions for construction THz wireless transmission system; At this base, then focuses on the key techniques analysis for the THz emission and detection module in the system; Meanwhile offers the related techniques research progress in this field; Finally puts forward a possible main direction in near future. This paper is of certain reference significance and guideline to the expert further study in this THz communication field.
