Abstract:In this paper, we employed a novel technique with the help of the Daftardar-Gejji and Jafari method (DGJM) to solve the generalized time-fractional Cattaneo model (GTFCM) via Caputo derivative with order [Formula: see text]. The existence and uniqueness of solutions are examined using Banach’s fixed-point theorem, and stability is evaluated under Ulam–Hyers conditions. We compared our results with the exact solution and existing techniques, demonstrating our approach’s efficiency.
