Analysis and Solution of Gear Knock of Manual Transmission

Abstract: Manual transmission gear knocking is a common transmission noise. It is the noise generated by the continuous impact of the non-working tooth surfaces of the active tooth and the passive tooth of the gearbox hollow sleeve gear under the excitation of the engine torque vibration.
