Analysis of Codon Usage Bias of Thioredoxin in Apicomplexan Protozoa

Abstract: Background Apicomplexan protozoa are a diverse group of obligate intracellular parasites causing many diseases that affect humans and animals such as malaria, toxoplasmosis, and cryptosporidiosis.
