Analysis of Gene Expression from Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Synovium Reveals a Profile of Activated Immune Cells and Inflammatory Pathways

Abstract: Arthritis is a common manifestation of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) yetunderstanding of the underlying pathogenic mechanisms remains incomplete.
