Abstract:Aim: At present, COBAS human papillomavirus (HPV) and Aptima HPV screening are widely used to detect HPV infection. In this study, we compared and analyzed the positive rates of DNA and mRNA (n = 10,128 women). Methods: After HPV screening, colposcopy was performed. Subsequently, pathological analysis was conducted on the screening results.
