“…At 1.65, the false positive rate for even clinically manifest KCN is only 5% ( 32 ). Its validity as a screening tool has achieved widespread consensus ( 13 , 15 , 24 , 25 , 33 36 ), with area under the receiver operating characteristics curve (AUROC) for KCN ranging from 0.83-0.93 ( 13 , 15 , 21 , 31 , 33 35 ). Even among SKCN and normal eyes, the BAD-D is replicable with low variations on repeat scans within a similar session ( 37 ).…”

“…Corvis ST в сочетании с Шаймпфлюг-томографом Pentacam многочисленные отчеты пользователей показывают их высокую эффективность в прогнозировании риска развития вторичной эктазии [12,13,14,15].…”

“…The Scheimpflug-based corneal imaging such as Pentacam (Pentacam, OCULUS GmbH, Wetzlar, Germany) is a method that analyzes both anterior and posterior corneal elevation data and has become established for the diagnosis, grading and follow-up of KC [10][11][12][13]. The Belin/Ambrósio enhanced ectasia display (BAD) has been demonstrated to have a high sensitivity and is especially useful in the detection of early and subclinical KC [14,15]. BAD criteria include the standard deviation (SD) of mean changes in the anterior elevation (df), the SD of mean changes in the posterior elevation (db), the SD of the mean pachymetric progression (dp), the SD of the mean thinnest point thickness (dt), the SD of the mean thinnest point displacement (dy) and the D score, which is calculated by a regression analysis of five determinants [16].…”
