Autonomic nervous system (ANS) dysfunction may be involved in the pathogenesis of cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD). The study aimed to explore the relationship between recent small subcortical infarct (RSSI) and blood pressure variability (BPV), heart rate variability (HRV).
