Analysis of vascular endothelial dysfunction genes and related pathways in obesity through systematic bioinformatics

Abstract: Abstract. Obesity has become an increasingly serious health problem and popular research topic. It is associated with many diseases, especially cardiovascular disease (CVD)-related endothelial dysfunction. This study analyzed genes related to endothelial dysfunction and obesity and then summarized their most significant signaling pathways.
