Analysis on the Difference of Reconstructed Soil Moisture Content in a Grassland Open-Pit Mining Area of China

Abstract: To reveal the variability of different reconstructed soil ratios and different vegetation growth grades on the water holding capacity of recon-structed soil, the most suitable ratio of reconstructed soil materials was explored. Taking the inner dump of Shengli mining area in Inner Mongolia of China as the research area, the reconstructed soil of reclaimed land was investigated and sampled. One-way analysis of variance was used to analyze the difference of the moisture content of the reconstructed soil, and the… Show more

“…"The Technical Specification for National Ecological Condition Survey and Evaluation-Evaluation of Ecological Problems" analyzes the technical evaluation requirements for various ecological safety events from the perspective of possible ecological safety problems. Already, scholars using the ecological evaluation research indicator system are concentrated in the four categories of resources [20][21][22], society [23][24][25][26], economy, and ecology [27][28][29][30]. The indicators in technical documents are concentrated on ecological quality, while the ecological expectation of the national strategy and policy aims to improve the comprehensive development of society and economy through the guidance of scientific and technological innovation and the optimization of industry.…”

“…In Figure 10; Table 4, it can be seen that the image of the partial autocorrelation coefficient starts from p = 4, suddenly approaches the centre line, and hovers on both sides of the zero value. Therefore, it can be preliminarily concluded that the p is obtained on the (He et al, 2006;Wang et al, 2022). Similarly, through the change trend of the autocorrelation coefficient, it can be basically determined that the q is obtained on the (Ramazan, 2007;Wang et al, 2022), which can constitute ARIMA (1,2,1), ARIMA (1,2,2), ARIMA (1,2,3), ARIMA (1,2,4), ARIMA (2,2,1), ARIMA (2,2,2), ARIMA (2,2,3), ARIMA (2,2,4), ARIMA (3,2,1), ARIMA (3,2,2), ARIMA (3,2,3), ARIMA (3,2,4) these 12 models.…”

Then by comparing the AIC, SC, MAPE and RMSE of each ARIMA model, an optimal coal price forecasting model is determined.…”

“…Then, the vegetation distribution images around the mining area in August 2002 and 2016 were obtained using Equation (2). According to the vegetation distribution images, the vegetation distribution around the mining area was divided into five levels [20,32]. The vegetation coverages from level 1 to level 5 were 0-20%, 20-40%, 40-60%, 60-80%, and more than 80%, respectively.…”
