The Integrated Governance and Compliance Risk Information System (SIGRC) is critical in helping institutions achieve their goals and deal with uncertainty. An Indonesian Government Agency (IGA) has used SIGRC for years. However, its utilization is still unknown. This research studies the impact of acceptance and utilization of SIGRC using Delone McLean and Unified Technology Acceptance and Use Technology. The conclusion is that the relationship between use and net benefits is unaffected. User intention on use, performance expectations on user intention, use on user satisfaction, and user satisfaction on the net benefit of SIGRC benefits are five factors that influence user satisfaction. While the expectation of use intention (ITU). Information quality with ITU. Quality of service with the use of ITU. Service quality with user satisfaction, system quality with ITU, and system quality with user satisfaction all have an influence but are not significant. This research is expected as a guideline for others to evaluate the effectiveness of SIGRC's performance. The rapidly changing healthcare market requires healthcare institutions to adjust their operations to address regulatory, strategic, and other risks. Healthcare organizations use a wide range of IT systems producing large amounts of sensitive and confidential data. However, few tools are available to measure the data governance activities of healthcare institutions and align healthcare data management with legislation. The Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Model focused on integrating that ability to achieve organizational goals. The demand for corporate governance is crucial for protecting the healthcare system from risks. An adaptation of a modified version that includes strategy, processes, technology, people, as well as legal and business requirements was developed to analyze the factors affecting IT GRC implementation in healthcare organizations. Although about 48% of participants reported that their organizations implemented IT GRC programs, 16% stated that they are considering implementing IT GRC programs soon. In almost 71% of healthcare organizations, IT governance, risk management, and compliance are integrated. Among the factors influencing the implementation of IT GRC programs in Saudi healthcare organizations, legal context ranked as the most critical, followed by process, strategy, then technology, business, and finally, people contexts. This study shows that healthcare organizations must assess various factors for the effective implementation of IT GRC activities.

Objective: This article aims to critically review and synthesize the evolution of strategic management frameworks in the digital age, focusing on how these frameworks have adapted to the challenges and opportunities presented by digital technologies. Method: The review employs a narrative approach to review scholarly articles and industry reports. It categorizes decision-making frameworks into groups such as IT governance mechanisms, digital transformation strategies, and predictive models. Each framework is examined in detail regarding its application, strengths, weaknesses, and real-world examples. Comparative analysis is used to assess the suitability of these frameworks across different business contexts, and emerging trends are identified. The method also involves analyzing challenges in implementation and predicting future developments in strategic management frameworks. Results: The findings reveal that strategic management in the digital age is characterized by a shift towards more innovative, technology-driven approaches. Key trends include the integration of AI and machine learning, an increased focus on sustainability and ESG factors, and the importance of agility and flexibility in decision-making. Challenges in implementation range from aligning technological capabilities with strategic objectives to managing cognitive biases and ensuring cybersecurity. Future predictions suggest a continued evolution of these frameworks, with a greater emphasis on data-driven insights, sustainability, and technological integration. Conclusion: The review concludes that evolving strategic management practices are crucial for businesses to navigate the complexities of the digital age effectively. Organizations must embrace technological advancements, integrate sustainability into their core strategies, and maintain agility and flexibility in their decision-making processes.
