Anaphylaxis to mefenamic acid in a patient with new onset of systemic lupus erythematosus

Abstract: Many studies have addressed the frequency of drug allergy (DA) in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients. Some studies suggest that there may be an increased risk in these patients 1-4 while others do not confirm this.
