Abstract:Idiopathic Polypoidal Choroidal vasculopathy (PCV) is characterized by subretinal vascular lesions leading to multiple, recurrent serosanguinous or hemorrhagic retinal pigment epithelial detachment. The classical PCV occurrence was initially reported in Asian descendent hypertensive middle aged women.
