“…We reported a slight decrease in systolic blood pressure during surgery in clonidine group. Minimal hemodynamic repercussion from the use of clonidine in caudal block is reported (9,11), but, safety of clonidine at small doses (1–2 μ g·kg −1 ) is generally accepted (17).
