Abstract:Chordomas are rare, low-grade, and slow-growing malignant tumors with an incidence rate of 0.08 in 1,00,000 people. Spinal chordomas can cause back pain, pathological fractures, and myelopathy or radiculopathy due to spinal cord and nerve root compression.
