Abstract:Introduction: Superior cerebellar artery aneurysms are rare lesions. This location comprises 0.2 % of all intracranial aneurysms, around 60 % debut with subarachnoid hemorrhage, frecuently from small aneurysms.Case report: A 54- year- old famale patient who began with a sudden headache and loss of consciousness that caused her to fall to the ground.
