Angiosarcoma Clinically Mimicking a Targetoid Hemosiderotic Hemangioma

Abstract: Angiosarcoma is a rare malignant entity that typically presents as a rapidly progressing ecchymotic or cellulitis-like lesion with subsequent bleeding or ulceration.
