Animal Models for Primary Biliary Cirrhosis

Abstract: Primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC) is a liver specific autoimmune disease characterized by antimitochondrial autoantibodies (AMAs) and progressive destruction of intrahepatic bile ducts.
