Abstract:A 67-year-old White woman presented to our dermatology clinic with pruritic annular erythematous plaques with central hypopigmentation on the forearms, dorsal aspect of the hands, neck, and fingers of 3 to 4 months' duration. The patient rated the severity of pruritus an 8 on a 10-point scale. A review of symptoms was positive for fatigue, joint pain, and headache.
